- Set crusher on Level ground.
- Turn OFF engine.
- Insert RED safety poles into sockets on the 4 corners of the machine.
- Connect RED cable wire over a conveyour belt with over centre latch locking in place with pin.
- Enough tension needs to be applied to cable to allow safety catch to engage, one either side at rear of crusher by poles.
- These buttons will stay out, showing GREEN lines when the right tension is applied.
- Start engine and proceed to full engine revs with throttle lever on the left rear of crusher.
- To start crushing, push GREEN/YELLOW button to Control Panel and HOLD to start process.
- If engine will not start, first make sure GREEN knob lever for conveyor belt is in NEUTRAL position.
- Push firward GREEN knob for Conveyor to run - speed can be adjusted.
- To STOP the crushing process normally, just PUSH & HOLD GREEN/YELLOW button.
- To STOP in an EMERGENCY, either push RED safety cable or RED STOP button on top of Control Panel. This will stop all action and turn off engine.
